Hello everyone! Today I’m going to talk about the benefits of owning a mountain bike!

A mountain bike is such a versatile thing to buy. It is also a great way to get some exercise during the day if you don’t have time to go to the gym. I would recommend buying one if you don’t have one, and would like to get active more in the summer. It’s a great way to get your heart rate up and face challenges with your leg strength going uphill especially. It’s also a good investment for getting back and forth to work because you are your own fuel. All you have to do is set your alarm 10-20 more minutes before you wake up depending on how far you live from work. You will be getting exercise before you get to work which helps make you more alert at work and not so groggy. You will also get your workout in after work which also gives you more time at home enjoying the nice weather in your back yard after a long day at work, and not having to worry about going to the gym. I would also recommend taking your furry friend along for the journey, it’s a little more challenging but worth it because they are getting exercise as well!
