This weeks blog I’m going to talk about my favourite fitness app that I use.
The fitness app that I use is “MyFitnessPal”. This app is great for keeping track of food you consume, breaking it down to your proteins, fats, carbohydrates, sugars, and so on. When I use this app I make my own meals and customize them to what I eat so that I know I’m consuming the
correct amount of proteins, fats, carbs and sugars. It might not be down to a specific science but I got it calculated pretty close to what I want to consume, whether I’m in a calorie deficit(loose weight) or calorie surplus (gain weight). It’s not easy to just slap together a bunch of random foods that you enjoy eating that are healthy and match what you want to be calculated into your calorie intake, but once you figure out meals you can stick with and be consistent with it will make your life a lot easier in my opinion. Keep in mind I don’t follow my calorie intake to a perfection but I do make sure I get relatively close to my goals that I set out for my self. To correctly make meals you will also have to figure out your macros that your body needs to either gain or loose weight, this is also not an easy task, I will go over in another blog how to calculate your macros so stay tuned!!
