On April 1st and 2nd Mrs. Globe Canada is coming to Regina, SK. Kaya Plamer will be a judge for the event. Kaya has a lot of experience in the pageant world. She was Miss Clatsop County in 2006 and placed top 10 Miss Oregon Pageant. She went on to become Miss Washington County as well. These experiences allowed her to to be involved in local events, fundraisers and outreach events. This has also lead her to be a pageant coach and mentor for many fantastic people including Miss Teen Regina-World 2011, Miss Danielle Furneaux.

Kaya Palmer is extremely talented in many areas. She graduated from Warner Pacific College with an Honours Music Bachelor of Arts degree in 2010. She is a very talented signer and musician.
