Doug was the runner up defensive player of the year in 2007, and the winner of the Reebok best move competition in 2009. Doug played in 3 Grey Cups in his career, and spent his entire CFL career in Winnipeg. Doug played with the Buffalo Bills and Washington Redskins in the NFL, and started his first game against the New York Giants in 1998. Doug has written a column for the Wpg Free Press the last 11 years, is the color commentator for the Bomber radio broadcast rights holder CJOB, and is a guest panelist on TSN.
